About this website
The website explains our work and invites enquiries. It does not constitute an offer to provide a particular service on fixed terms. Availability, feasibility, scope, deliverables, timing, fees and rights of use are established separately for each agreed engagement.
Research examples describe their stated observation scope. Organizations named within a research finding or listed among observed organizations are research subjects; their inclusion does not itself establish a customer relationship, endorsement or certification. The publisher relationship with The Observatory is identified separately.
The About page describes AAI’s research specialization and its relationship with The Observatory; this notice identifies the entity responsible for the website.
Relationship with The Observatory
AAI KERNEL PTE. LTD. and THE OBSERVATORY PTE. LTD. are separate legal entities. AAI Kernel provides governed, traceable intelligence to The Observatory. The Observatory controls the publication and editorial treatment of its content.
AAI Kernel works with other publishers and clients. Existing Observatory publications remain subject to the publisher’s own terms and applicable third-party rights.
Content and rights
Rights in original AAI Kernel website content are reserved to the extent owned or controlled by the company, except where a specific licence or applicable law permits use. Third-party names, marks, quotations and linked material remain subject to their respective rights.
Attribution and permitted reuse of commissioned research or data are established in the relevant agreement. This website grants no access to proprietary methods, private evidence stores or confidential diagnostics.
Personal information
Our Privacy notice explains how personal information is handled in connection with this website and enquiries. A separate engagement may require additional information and contractual privacy arrangements.
Privacy and data-protection enquiries may be sent to privacy@aaikernel.com.
Questions and corrections
To raise an issue about this website, identify the relevant page and explain the concern. For a finding published by The Observatory, use the publisher’s own contact or right-of-reply process.
07 Where this leads
A challenge to an AAI research conclusion needs more than a general website complaint. The research-challenge guidance explains how to identify the exact claim, version and contrary evidence. Questions about a commissioned output’s access or reuse belong with the research permissions guidance, where the relevant object and intended use can be specified.
