Website terms
These terms concern your use of the AAI Kernel institutional website, operated by AAI KERNEL PTE. LTD. (UEN 202644705E), Singapore. They are separate from any contract for commissioned research or other services.
Purpose of the website
The website provides information about AAI Kernel’s work and a route for enquiries. Descriptions of possible research or collaboration do not guarantee availability, suitability for a particular purpose or acceptance of an engagement.
An enquiry, automated acknowledgement or preliminary discussion does not form a service contract. Any commissioned work requires a separate agreement establishing the scope, deliverables, fees, timing, responsibilities, confidentiality and rights of use.
The legal notice identifies the operator responsible for this website, separate from linked publishers and organizations discussed in its content.
How to read research and examples
A research observation is bounded by its question set, evidence, models or surfaces, location, language and observation period. It is not a statement about every AI system or every possible answer.
AI-generated statements are evidence of what an identified system returned, not necessarily facts about the people or organizations described. Interpretations, hypotheses and implications should be read with the limitations attached to them.
Observed representation does not establish commercial performance, service quality, suitability, causation or endorsement. Organizations named within research findings are not, by their inclusion alone, clients, partners or supporters of AAI Kernel. The expressly identified relationship with The Observatory is separate. Website content is not legal, investment or other regulated professional advice.
Using website content
You may access this website and link to its public pages for lawful purposes. Copyright exceptions and other rights provided by applicable law remain unaffected.
Except where a specific licence or applicable law permits it, reproduction, redistribution, adaptation or commercial exploitation of content requires permission from the relevant rights holder. AAI Kernel can grant rights only in material it owns or is authorized to license. Do not imply approval, partnership or endorsement that has not been agreed.
When referring to a research finding, preserve its meaning, source attribution, date and material limitations. Third-party marks and linked publications remain subject to their own rights and conditions.
Website reuse is governed by the applicable terms and rights for the specific content. Third-party rights and separately agreed licenses can impose different conditions.
Material published by The Observatory
The Observatory is a separate publisher with its own terms. Reuse of its existing publications must follow the permissions applicable to that material. An AAI Kernel research discussion does not grant permission to republish an Observatory article or graphic.
Information you send
Send only information you are authorized to disclose. Keep passwords, access tokens, sensitive personal information and confidential third-party material out of the initial form. Agree any necessary confidentiality arrangements before supplying sensitive project material.
Submitting an enquiry does not transfer ownership of your information or give us a licence to publish it as research. We may use it to assess and respond to the enquiry, subject to applicable law and our Privacy notice.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, bypass security controls, submit malicious content or use the enquiry form for unlawful or abusive messages. Access may be restricted where reasonably necessary to protect the website, its users or lawful rights.
Links, availability and corrections
Third-party links are provided for context or evidence. We do not control the linked services, their availability or their later content. A link does not itself constitute an endorsement.
We seek to keep our own information accurate, but errors, interruptions and changes can occur. Notify us of a material issue and identify the relevant page and supporting facts. Historical research should be read with its original observation date and any published correction.
For a disputed research conclusion, the challenge guidance explains how to identify the exact claim and contrary evidence so the substance can be examined.
Responsibility and limits
To the extent permitted by applicable law, this informational website is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability, completeness or fitness for a particular decision. You remain responsible for assessing whether a finding is suitable for your intended use and obtaining any further advice required.
To that same extent, AAI Kernel is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website, or for decisions made by treating a scoped observation as a universal or guaranteed result. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or any liability or statutory right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. A separate signed service agreement governs responsibility for commissioned work.
Applicable law
These website terms are governed by Singapore law, subject to any mandatory law or rights that apply to you. The courts of Singapore have non-exclusive jurisdiction, without limiting any right to bring proceedings elsewhere where applicable law provides it.
Contact and changes
For questions about these terms, use the Contact page, write to contact@aaikernel.com, or write to AAI KERNEL PTE. LTD., 2 Venture Drive, #14-02 Vision Exchange, Singapore 608526.
We may update these website terms. Changes apply prospectively to website use and do not rewrite a separate service agreement.
11 Where this leads
Website access does not settle the rights to a research object. Before sharing a commissioned report, excerpt or dataset, use the evidence access and reuse guidance to specify the material, recipients and intended use. Attribution and permission need to follow the object being reused.
